Life is a journey. The journey is never linear. There are many twists, turns and obstacles. We should all seek growth and development on the journey, but unfortunately, we often get stuck and lose our way. Coaching is a vehicle to help us along the journey; to move from moments of fear, uncertainty and insecurity to self-confidence and progress.
Steps toward self-confidence and progress:

  1. RECOGNIZE if what you’ve been doing just isn’t working. Are you frustrated, disappointed or angry that you’re not making progress in a particular area?
  2. UNDERSTAND where you are, why you are stuck, and where you’d like to be.
  3. ACT. Set small goals and/or make incremental changes that help you accomplish your goals. Action provokes motivation. Continued forward motion creates positive momentum.
  4. Have a clear vision of the desired OUTCOME.
  5. Use the KNOWLEDGE that you’ve gained about yourself, and the power you possess, to move forward to happiness and fulfillment.
